slam a cold one!

This is a commercial i found while browsing youtube. It has a scene of violent humor, and this is presumably why it was banned. The act of violence was on part of a woman no less (this may or may not be of consequence. The advertisement begins relate-able enough, a hot day in a diner. A young woman is sweating in a booth, and a man sees her through the window of the restaurant. He saunters up to her, trying to be as physically appealing as possible as men tend to do. he pauses above her table, and then places a 7-up soda before her. The bottle is obviously cold, as it glistens with condensation on the tabletop. she reaches for it tentatively and he stops he, places two straws in the lip of the bottle. A classic romantic gesture on his part. as they lean in to take the first sip....WHAM! she head butts his forehead in an awesome move reserved only for soccer players. as he falls unconscious to the floor, she departs whit the bottle, taking a long swig as she exits the scene. The ad closed with the seven up logo and the words "now that's refreshing".

Personally, i laughed quite a bit. Most soda taste very good, and as the temperature is up to us and cannot be advertised, companies need to stick in our minds another way. Humor is a very good way to do this. This one is physical humor, but may have been reconsidered for exactly that reason. i do know however, about the seven up company< there is someone in that advertising office with my sense of humor....and they spoke to me.
